I-Sign POP Signing Service is Going Away!

All electronic forms (a.k.a Informed Filler, FileNet Destop eForms) will have to use Entrust/PKI for digital signatures after the Ames legacy email system is decommissioned on November 30, 2008. After this date, the I-Sign option for electronic forms will no longer work due to its dependence on the legacy Ames email system.

This change does not impact users who are already using Entrust/PKI to sign electronic forms.

To obtain an Entrust/PKI account, please go to NAMS at: https://idmax.nasa.gov/idm/user/login.jsp

Looking for NASA Forms?

NASA Forms are migrating to the NASA Electronic Forms (NEF) system. NASA Forms used to be installed on the AEFS, but in the future all NASA (NF) forms will be managed and distributed from the NEF web site. For you convenience ARC forms are also available from the NEF site, along with forms from other Centers. Please send a ticket to the help desk if you have any difficulties with NASA forms.

About the AEFS

The Ames Electronic Forms System is a suite of tools for filling out, signing, submitting, archiving, and tracking electronic forms... all using your desktop computer. The AEFS uses a commercial software application from Shana Corporation called Informed Filler ^TM to provide Ames users with electronic forms capabilities. More information about the AEFS is available. All Ames forms and the most popular NASA and Standard forms are available through the AEFS Form List. To use the forms on this list you must install the AEFS software.
